Chipper uses specific terminology to describe its features. This glossary explains the core concepts you will encounter across the platform.

Wallets and folders

At the center of Chipper is the wallet system, designed for operating many addresses at once.
A single funded address.
A token balance on a wallet. This is live-fetched and distinct from the native chain balance.
A fully-exited token position where the amount is zero.
A named group of wallets. You can execute bulk actions (like funding, distributing, or trading) across an entire folder at once.
The designated wallet that funds a folder’s members. There is only one funder allowed per folder.
The wallet that deploys a token.
Network refers to the signing scheme (e.g., solana or evm). Chain refers to the specific blockchain (e.g., solana, bnb, or robinhood). They are different concepts that sometimes share a name.

Launching

Chipper provides a complete environment for deploying a new token.
The act of deploying a new token to a protocol.
The venue a token launches on (e.g., Bankr, NoxaFun, FlapTax).
An execution mode where the deploy and every opening buy land in the same block.
A launch-time protection automation against external snipers.
A protocol-level opening buy tax that decays after launch. Launch buyers may consume fixed exemption slots.

Trading and automations

Once a token is live, Chipper offers tools for both manual and automated trading.
Any server-run strategy attached to a token.
Automations that provide two-way volume for a token.
Volume-generating automations designed to maintain consistent chart activity.
An automation that consolidates or exits positions across your wallets.
The buy and sell buttons on each token wallet row. They can be configured to trade a fixed amount or a percentage of your holdings.
A setting that enables one-click wallet-row buys and sells, skipping the confirmation dialog for maximum speed.
A single trade drawn on the token chart as a marker. This is distinct from a “bubble map,” which refers to holder distribution.
